Use your resources wisely

A good leader is mindful of their energy and time and recognizes that they have limited resources. In the past, you may have said 'yes' to everything, which allowed you to learn and grow. However, it's equally important to use your resources wisely.

To achieve exponential growth, selective use of your energy is essential. Say 'yes' to top priorities and 'no' to those that are not. Concentrate on tasks only you can deliver and make important choices.

좋은 리더는 자신의 에너지와 시간을 신경 쓰며 자원이 한정되어 있음을 인식합니다. 과거에는 모든 것에 대해 '네'라고 말함으로써 배우고 성장할 수 있었습니다. 하지만 당신의 자원을 현명하게 활용하는 것도 동일하게 중요합니다.

기하급수적인 성장을 이루기 위해서는 에너지의 선택적 사용이 필수적입니다. 최우선 순위에는 '예'라고 말하고 그렇지 않은 것들에는 '아니요'라고 말하세요. 오직 당신만이 할 수 있는 일에 집중하고 중요한 선택을 해야 합니다.
