영어 필사 [22] : What is a strong leader?

Being a strong leader does not mean you are demanding, arrogant, or dismissive of others.

Being authoritative, overbearing, or disrespectful is not leadership.

It's about inspiring and empowering people around you.

A strong leader never makes individuals feel unsafe.

They make them feel safe to achieve greater success together.

 

강인한 리더가 되는 것은 요구가 많고, 거만하거나 다른 사람들을 무시한다는 것을 의미하지 않습니다.

권위주의적이거나 지나치게 압도적이거나 무례한 것은 리더십이 아닙니다.

리더십은 주변 사람들에게 영감을 주고 권한을 부여하는 것입니다.

강인한 리더는 개인이 안전하지 않다고 느끼게 하지 않습니다.

개인들이 더 큰 성공을 함께 달성할 수 있도록 안전하다고 느끼게 만듭니다.
