영어 필사 [26] : You can lead

Believe in yourself that you can lead. If you don't believe in yourself, you cannot lead.

Those with self-doubt look to protect themselves.

"What would they think of me?" "I don't deserve to be in this position."

Those with self-assurance look to uplift  others.

"How can i empower my team?" "What do they need from me to win?"

 

당신이 주도할 수 있다고 자신을 믿으세요. 자신을 믿지 않으면 이끌 수 없습니다.

자기 의심을 하는 사람들은 스스로를 보호하려고 합니다.

"그들이 나를 어떻게 생각할까?" "나는 이런 위치에 있을 자격이 없어"

자기 확신을 가진 사람들은 다른 사람들의 사기를 올리려고 합니다.

"어떻게 하면 팀에 힘을 실어줄 수 있을까?" "그들이 이기려면(성공하려면) 내가 어떤 것을 줄 수 있을까?"
