영어 필사 [25] : What mindset should you have?

When you're about to have a meeting at work, think about what person you'd most like to have alongside you.

Regardless of how accomplished or intelligent with someone may be, if their intention is to 'prove themselves,' that meeting might be unproductive.

You should prefer to partner with someone who is committed to the project's success.

So what mindset should you bring when you're about to meet someone or engage in a task?

If it's a project, focus on its progress. In personal interactions, focus on building stronger connections.

 

회사에서 미팅을 할 때, 당신이 가장 함께하고 싶은 사람은 누구일까 생각해보세요. 

아무리 뛰어나거나 똑똑한 사람이라도, 그와 상관없이 그 사람의 목적이 '본인을 증명'하려고 하는 것이면 그 미팅은 비생산적일 것입니다.

당신은 프로젝트의 성공에 헌신적인 파트너를 선호할 것입니다. 

누군가를 만나러 가거나 어떤 일에 참여할 때 어떤 마음을 가져야 할까요?

프로젝트에 참여할 일이 있으면 프로젝트의 발전에 집중하세요. 개인적으로 만날 일이 있으면 그 사람과 관계의 발전에 집중하세요.
